Products and services fees

Fees for key land title products and services from 1 July 2009 are:


To lodge a dealing $95.00
To lodge a transfer of ownership $190.00
To lodge a deposited plan or strata plan (2 lots or less) $1025.00 (minimum)
To lodge a deposited plan or strata plan (more than 2 lots) $1230.00 (minimum)
To lodge a community plan $1640.00 (minimum)

 

To purchase a copy of a land title document:
Over the counter $13.00
Online via https://lpi-online.lpi.nsw.gov.au $11.00 (inc GST)
