Real Property Act Dealings
The Registrar General's Directions for Real Property Act Dealings have been prepared to assist clients with preparation, lodgment, examination and registration of dealings affecting the Torrens Title Register.
To ensure continued relevance, the Directions are regularly updated to take into account procedural and legislative change.
LPI welcomes comments and suggestions for refinement or addition to these Directions.
