19 Termination Of A Community Scheme

An existing community, precinct or neighbourhood scheme may be terminated pursuant to Sections 70-73 Community Land Development Act 1989 by:

19.1 Lodgment of an Application to the Supreme Court to obtain an Order pursuant to s.70 Community Land Development Act 1989 to Terminate the scheme,

OR

19.2 Lodgment of an Application to the Registrar-General to make an Order pursuant to s.73 Community Land Development Act 1989 to Terminate a Neighbourhood Scheme.

Note: Only stand-alone neighbourhood schemes may be terminated by application to the Registrar-General.
