22 Pre-Examination of Strata Scheme Plans
Land & Property Information provides a service for pre-examination of strata scheme plans. The service provides for examination of plans prior to formal lodgment for registration and to ensure as far as possible the plan is suitable for registration. Customers generally use this optional service when a development is nearing completion or at the time when the plan is presented to Council for approval.
