25 Approved Forms For Strata Schemes
Clause 3 Strata Schemes (Freehold Development) Regulation 2002 provides that reference to an approved form is a reference to a form approved by the Registrar-General.
Approved Strata Scheme Forms are as follows:
25.1 Administration sheets for all administration information related to strata schemes including signatures, statements of intention, unit entitlement, address for service of notices etc.
25.2 Plan Drawing sheets for location and floor plan
25.3 Concept Plan (Strata Development Contract)
